My 20+ years of experience with leadership coaching and -development, organizational development, change leadership and cultural and agile transformations has given me both a practical foundation and a toolbox with a wide range.

It is my mission to help leaders and change managers through transformations in the best possible way. Trust, Transparency and Team are key words in the way I work. I have a pragmatic approach and for me it is essential that the activities, we initiate together, contribute with value – If not, it is important to make another choice to accomplish the effect we seek.

One of my mantras is:” We have to get it into our feet”! For me simplification and not doing things too difficult is often helpful to achieve progress. Therefore, I seek inspiration and use elements from both Lean Agile mindset and toolbox and from behavioral design.

I always have a focus on relations as it is my experience that the most successful transformations are based on strong cross-functional and dynamic interactions between people with different skills and competences in the organization.
